The mugs

What sizes are there?

Three: 11 oz (325 ml, 9.6 cm tall), 15 oz (443 ml, 11.9 cm tall) and 20 oz (591 ml, 10.9 cm tall). Every design comes in all three.

Are they dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. They're glossy white ceramic and safe in both. A gentle cycle now and then keeps the colours at their brightest.

Who are the characters?

Every mug stars a character with a cup for a body: Brewster, Flurry, Ginger, Biscuit, Sloane and the rest of the crew. Say hello on our Meet the Characters page.

Are the mugs handmade?

We design every scene ourselves, and each mug is printed to order by our print partner. They're not hand-painted.

Orders and delivery

How much is delivery?

Free to the UK, Europe and the USA. For other countries, the cost is shown at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Mugs are printed to order, which takes 2 to 5 working days, then they're sent by tracked delivery. Delivery takes 3 to 4 working days to the USA and 5 to 20 working days to the UK and Europe. Full details are on Shipping & Delivery.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. We'll email a tracking link as soon as your mug is on its way.

I ordered more than one mug. Why did only one arrive?

Mugs can be printed in different places and arrive in separate parcels. The rest will be along shortly.

I got my address wrong. Can you help?

Email us straight away. Because mugs go into production quickly, we can't always change an order, but we'll try.

Returns and problems

Can I return a mug if I change my mind?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See Returns & Refunds.

My mug arrived damaged or faulty. What now?

Sorry about that. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it. You won't need to send it back.
