4. SHIPPING POLICY

Free delivery to the UK, Europe and the USA Every mug is printed to order by our print partner, Printful, then sent by tracked delivery at no extra cost. You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your mug is on its way.
How long it takes
- United Kingdom: printing 2 to 5 working days, then delivery 5 to 20 working days after dispatch. Free.
- Europe: printing 2 to 5 working days, then delivery 5 to 20 working days after dispatch. Free.
- USA: printing 2 to 5 working days, then delivery 3 to 4 working days after dispatch. Free.
- Other countries: printing 2 to 5 working days, delivery times vary. The delivery cost is shown at checkout.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Because every mug is made to order, most parcels arrive towards the quicker end of these ranges, but busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas can add a few days. Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of your order.
Customs and duties We aim to make and send orders from the region you are in, which usually means no import charges. If your order is shipped from another country, your local customs office may charge duty or VAT, which would be payable by you. Tell us if that happens and we will help.
Christmas Please order early before Christmas. We will post our last recommended order dates on our Shipping & Delivery page as soon as our print partner confirms them each year.
More than one mug Multiple mugs may arrive in separate parcels.
Late or missing parcels If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of its estimated date, email cuppacollective@proton.me and we will track it down or send a replacement. Under UK law, your mug is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.
