3. TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. About us This shop is run by Matthew Pye, a sole trader trading as Cuppa Collective, ADD YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS, England ("we", "us"). Email: cuppacollective@proton.me.
  2. These terms These terms apply when you buy from us as a consumer. They do not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
  3. Your order Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email to confirm that your order has been accepted. We may refuse an order, for example if a price was clearly shown in error. If so, we will refund you in full.
  4. Prices, delivery charges and payment Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Delivery is free to the UK, Europe and the USA. Any charge for other countries is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
  5. Made to order Each mug is printed when you order it by our print partner, Printful. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed mug, and small variations in printing are normal and are not faults.
  6. Delivery See our Shipping policy. Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of your order. Your mug is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.
  7. Cancelling and returns You can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See our Refund policy.
  8. Faulty or damaged items Your mug must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  9. Our designs Brewster, Flurry, Ginger and all our designs, artwork, names and text are our intellectual property. Buying a mug does not give you the right to copy or sell them.
  10. Reviews Reviews are handled under our Review Policy at cuppacollective.co.uk/pages/review-policy.
  11. Our liability We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or by our negligence. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for business losses.
  12. Events outside our control If something outside our control delays your order, we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
  13. Complaints and governing law Please contact us first. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
