Every mug is printed to order by our print partner, then sent by tracked delivery at no extra cost. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Because every mug is made to order, most parcels arrive towards the quicker end of these ranges, but busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas can add a few days.
Customs and duties
We aim to make and send orders from the region you're in, which usually means no import charges. If your order is shipped from another country, your local customs office may charge duty or VAT, and that would be payable by you. Tell us if that happens and we'll help.
More than one mug
Multiple mugs may arrive in separate parcels.
Late or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of its estimated date, email us at cuppacollective@proton.me and we'll track it down or send a replacement. Under UK law, your mug is our responsibility until it's delivered to you.
